DETROIT, July 14, 2025 ~ After last year’s snub, Detroit Tigers’ starting pitcher Tarik Skubal has been named the starter for the American League at the 2025 MLB All-Star Game.
Skubal, now a two-time All-Star and Cy Young winner, will open the marquee exhibition for the first time in his professional career. In 2025, he has posted a 10-3 record with 153 strikeouts and a 2.23 earned run average.
