DETROIT, June 2, 2025 ~ The Detroit City Football Club has purchased more land in Detroit‘s Corktown neighborhood for its stadium project, aiming to be finished by 2027.
The Detroit Land Bank Authority board signed the sale of nine parcels of land for over $538,000 to build the new 15,000-seat stadium, according to a report from Crain’s Detroit Business. The new studio will double the number of seats at the club’s current home of Keyworth Stadium in Hamtramck.
