DETROIT, May 23, 2025 ~ One of Michigan‘s wealthiest and most controversial families announced a new political organization to turn the state red in upcoming elections.
The Michigan Forward Network, backed by the powerful DeVos family, aims to utilize their vast wealth to stop the recent Democrat momentum in the state in recent years, with former Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel serving as CEO. In 2026, Michigan voters will pick a new U.S. senator to replace outgoing Sen. Gary Peters (D-MI), along with a new governor, state attorney general, and secretary of state, all positions currently held by Democrats.
