Fiat Chrysler and PSA Peugeot will announce tomorrow that their merger is finalized with a binding memo of understanding.
The two companies announced a merger in October that would create the world’s fourth-largest auto company worth $50 billion. Peugeot will run the new company, with it’s CEO in charge and in control of the board of directors. The role of the current FCA chief executive Mike Manley is unclear.
