A Roseville man is due in court today in Detroit in the pizza spitting case.
20 year old Jaylon Kerley is charged with spitting on a pizza he was preparing while working at a concession stand at Comerica Park.
The September 21st incident was captured on video and reported to police by the head of security at the ball park.
Kerley was arrested 2 days later and charged with a food law violation which is a four year felony.
Today’s hearing is a probable cause conference.
A preliminary exam is scheduled for next Wednesday.
