A five-year-old Detroit boy remains hospitalized for cocaine found in his system.
The child’s mother took him to Children’s Hospital, where the boy tested positive for cocaine.
Police arrested the boy’s 37-year-old mother who claims she has no idea where her son was exposed to cocaine. The home was found with drug paraphernalia.
The boy and his mother live on Englewood near Woodward with a family friend.
