Michigan Democratic Party heirarchy is getting behind Gretchen Whitmer to be the party candidate for governor.
Today every Democratic member of the Michigan congressional delegation is announcing their support for Whitmer, a former state senator and county prosecutor from Ingham County.
Whitmer says if she becomes governor, her administration will fix the roads.
