A court hearing is scheduled for today in the case of a Brighton Township youth convicted of sexually assaulting three teenaged girls.
The case was heard in juvenile court.
The 16 year old boy was sentenced to 45 days in a juvenile facility and was released earlier this month.
He had been charged with 20 counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct, but pled guilty to one of them
The families of the girls are outraged. They have sued.
