Oakland Deputy Badly Hurt

An Oakland County Sheriff’s Deputy is in critical condition after he was hit by a car while tending to an accident in Rochester Hills.
According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s , the 50-year-old deputy was in front of Rochester Adams high school helping with a crash that occurred earlier when a second accident occurred. The sheriff’s office said he was then policing the second accident when a car struck him.
The deputy is a 17-year veteran of the force and is the liason officer at the high school.
