A preliminary exam is scheduled for today for a Roseville man who drove his pickup truck into a crowded bus shelter.
55 year old Gary Daleo has been charged with driving while impaired.
Police say he drover his pickup into the bus shelter on Van Dyke at 12 mile.
Six people inside were seriously hurt.
It happened just before 5:30 in the afternoon on August 2nd.
Some witnesses say Daleo got out of his truck and walked away as others were trying to help the injured victims.
