Former U.S. Attorney in Detroit, Barbara McQuade, will teach at the University of Michigan law school.
McQuade was U.S. Attorney for the eastern district of Michigan under President Obama. She left the position this week after President Trump requested her resignation. There was speculation that McQuade would seek a political office, but she told the Detroit News ‘not right now.’
A spokesman for the Michigan Democrats says Democrats would love to see McQuade run for a political office in the future.
