Police say they’ve made an arrest in a fatal hit-and-run accident on the border of Detroit and Warren.
A person riding a motorcycle was hit by another vehicle and killed at 8 Mile and Groesbeck. The driver of that other vehicle, fled the scene on foot. He was caught by Warren police a few blocks away.
