Hundreds of thousands will flock to the Detroit river and downtown for the big show. Where to go?
Hart Plaza will be open, but you can’t set up chairs or blankets until after 2 p.m. No tents, alcohol, grills. Backpacks and bags will be searched.
Jefferson will be closed starting at 6 p.m. from Cobo Center to I-375.
Belle Isle won’t open until 2 p.m. for vehicles, and you will need to purchase a recreation pass. It’s open at 5pm for pedestrians and bikes. No alcohol.

Mt. Elliot park, Owens park, Erma Henderson park. Riverside park will be closed.
A curfew will be in effect in Detroit for those 17 and under starting at 8pm until 6am Tuesday.
