Another drunk driver kills someone.
A 47-year-old Royal Oak woman has been charged for a fatal drunk driving crash Wednesday night in Eastpointe.
Police say Jenell Bailey was driving northbound on Gratiot at a high rate of speed, weaving into and out of traffic and running red lights.
Bailey approached a red light at Gratiot near 10 Mile, she swerved from the far right lane to the far left laneand slammed into a car from behind, killing 65 year old Pavlos Dion of Fraser.
Bailey suffered minor injuries. She was driving on a suspended license.
