A 4-year-old boy with special needs was found walking on Kentucky Street between Pickford Avenue and Margareta Avenue in Detroit. The boy is not back with his mother yet, even though she showed up to claim him.
The mother of Duncan Robinson said she put the boy to sleep last night. But he was found on the street a short time later.
A neighbor found him, changed his soiled diaper, put some new clothes on the boy, and took him to
the 12th police precinct.
The mother was questioned by police. The boy is likely to be placed in protective child custody.
