Cummings Leads New Development

Before it was fashionable, businessman Peter Cummings was working on new development in Detroit. Today Cummings and his partners at The Platform will launch plans for several developments: Third and Grand will be a mixed use project in the New Center area. Projects are also in the works for the Brightmoor district on the west side, Islandview near Belle Isle, and around the University of Detroit Mercy district. The Platform is taking advantage of the Q Line, the the streetcar line being built along Woodward Ave.
