Police have found the stolen car that triggered an Amber Alert for a 3-month-old Detroit girl. The car was found at Kelly Rd. and Woodcrest in Harper Woods.
A woman was taken into custody.
The father of Dakota Grimes pulled up to a liquor store in Detroit and went inside, leaving his car l running and the doors unlocked with the baby in the back seat.
When he returned, the car was gone and there was no sign of his baby.
An Amber Alert was issued, but police found her after a homeowner saw Dakota on the porch of his home with a blanket and bottle. The baby has been returned to her mother.
