A report says the engineer of Amtrak Train 188 was distracted by radio chatter about other trains being hit by projectiles last May, when the train left the tracks at hi speed in Philadelphia, killing 8 and injuring 200 passengers. At least two other trains were hit by something that night. The report will recommend GPS based technology for passenger trains they say could have prevented the crash.
