Kid Rock’s assistant and close friend Michael Sacha was drunk when he crashed an all-terrain vehicle on the Kid Rock estate near Nashville last month. Sacha was killed.
A medical examiner’s report puts the blood alcohol content for the 30 year old Michael Sacha at more than 0.2 percent at the time of his death. The legal limit to operate a vehicle in Tennessee is 0.08 percent.
Sacha suffered severe injuries to his head and neck from the wreck, according to the report. Rock discovered the body of Sacha on the rock star’s Nashville property April 25.
Sacha was killed after taking guests from a cookout on Rock’s sprawling Whites Creek estate.
He lost control of the vehicle and crashed on his way back to the mansion.
