A Pontiac man, an ex-con who was wanted for killing his girlfriend, has been arrested in Kentucky. U.S. Marshals took Kevin Wiley into custody.
30-year-old Marie Colburn was found dead by her mother in late April in her apartment in Pontiac. She was found strangled and stuffed into a closet. The Oakland County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled Colburn’s death a homicide by asphyxiation.
Wiley has a long and violent criminal record.
