Hamburg Township Police Department are seeking assistance. They are looking for a 30-year-old woman and her daughter. Amanda Elizabeth Hayward, 30 was last seen around 3 a.m. Tuesday leaving her home in Hamburg Twp. Her 7-year-old daughter Sapphire Elizabeth Palmer was with her, wearing a purple night gown.
Her purse was found around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday with her credit cards and cash were found on the side of the road several miles from the Hamburg Twp. home. The car she left in was a black 2001 Chevrolet Prizm with Michigan license plate CC86371. Her daughter Sapphire Palmer did not show up at her school Tuesday or Wednesday.
Amanda Hayward is described as a 30-year-old white woman with long strawberry blond hair and blue eyes. She is 5’7” and weighs 120 pounds. Sapphire Palmer is described as a 7-year-old girl with long red hair and green eyes. She is 4’0” and weighs 55 pounds.
