Police are investigating a drive-by shooting in Detroit’s Boston-Edison district. A man was killed and a woman was wounded with their two children in the vehicle.
The shooting happened at Rosa Parks and West Boston. Police say someone in a black car fired shots at the family’s conversion van. The vehicle crashed into a pole after the man, who was driving, was shot. The van was riddled with bullets.
The two children in the vehicle, a 1-year-old girl, and 6-year-old boy, were injured in the impact of the crash. Detroit police are looking for a black Chevy Impala with silver trim.
