A businessman tried to bribe his way out of a drunken driving arrest with his 2-year-old daughter in the back seat, according to police.
35-year-old Brad Trombley is charged with trying to bribe police after he admitted he was probably over the blood alcohol limit. Trombley was pulled over on Wixom.
According to a police report, Trombley had been arrested on two other occasions for drunk driving. This time he faces OWI and child endangerment.
Trombley’s Ford F-150 brushed against a curb and crossed over a white line, that’s when officers pulled him over. The girl was turned over to her mother at the scene.
