Young quadriplegic regains control of hand with implanted microchip

Ian Burkart has been paralyzed since 2010 after a swimming accident. An experiment procedure where a microchip was implanted into his brain has allowed Burkart to regain control of his hand. He joined the Frank Beckmann Show this morning.
