An 11-year-old boy is hospitalized after accidentally shooting himself Thursday morning. The incident happened in an apartment in Southwest Detroit. The boy was home alone when he found a riffle and shot himself in the buttocks. According to police, the father learned about the shooting through a Facebook message from his son.
