One man has been arrested for a kidnapping and rape in Lincoln Park. Police are still looking for a second suspect. Police say the woman was taken at gunpoint while she was parked outside a drug store. The men drove around assaulting her until one of the men said he had to go home because it was requirement for his electronic tether.
Police said they are still looking for another suspect: a 19-year-old black man, 6 feet tall, weighing 150 pounds with “hanging braids”. He was wearing a tether, dark blue zipper jacket and black jeans. They have identified him as Fernando Anderson IV, he is pictured below in a photo from 2013.
