Horror on Hanover Street: residents of Hanover Street in Dearborn Heights were plagued with a flood Thursday night. The water was knee-deep and the city put up barricades. Flooding caused damage to multiple homes last year in the same area.
The city says it is getting federal funds to offer a number of homeowners a buyout, the city would buy their homes and they would be torn down.
