Police catch woman caught on video shooting at Detroit gas station

Detroit police have captured a woman who was caught on camera opening fire on a driver at a gas station on Detroit’s west side.  Paul W. Smith talked to Detroit Police Chief James Craig about the apprehension Monday morning.
