Three people have been charged in the murder of Detroit firefighter David Madrigal. Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy charged 32-year old Timmy Soto, 33-year old Nicole O’Neill and 19-year-old Christian Rasnick with murder, armed robbery, larceny and arson. Madrigal was found murdered inside his home on Detroit’s west side on Dec. 21. The Wayne County Medical Examiner said Madrigal died from blunt force trauma to the head. The 59-year-old was with the Detroit Fire Department for 26 years and was planning his retirement party for June.
