A 17-year-old was shot in the back on Saturday over what police say were his Air Jordan gym shoes. It happened on the city’s southwest side. He was hospitalized after police say three teenagers between the ages of 13 and 18 shot him and stole his shoes. The shoes were later found few blocks away from the scene in the 5200 block of Elmer. The victim is in stable condition.
