A police impersonator is suspected in stranger danger incident in Pontiac. According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, two children, both 10-years-old, said that a white male in a black Kia SUV called them over to his vehicle that had been parked in the Fire Lane Alcott Elementary School and began talking to them about the importance of staying in school. The subject gave the boys a football and a $20 dollar bill and told them he ‘was a cop’. Additionally, he told them he was a member of the ‘SWAT’ team and the children said they saw a badge hanging around his neck. They also observed a gun on the man’s lap, which was a silver revolver with a black handle. After speaking to the children, he left the area. The suspect is described as a white male, with a medium complexion, clean shaven, and brown hair. He has tattoos of words or writing on his arms. He was seen wearing all black clothing and a black baseball cap which had ‘SRT’ written on it in silver lettering.
