Presidential candidates Bernie Sanders and John Kasich have appearances scheduled in Michigan Monday. The Republican Governor from Ohio will be in the state Monday and Tuesday. He’s holding a town hall meeting Monday morning at Saginaw Valley State and will then travel on to East Lansing for a 3pm appearance at Michigan State University.
He will also be hosting town halls in Livonia and Utica. Sanders, the Democrat from Vermont, will be on the campus of Eastern Michigan University to speak at the school’s convocation hall. The doors open at 12:30. The event is free and open to the public, but seating will be on a first come-first served basis. The Michigan primary is March 8th
