A former Detroit Public Schools teacher was sentenced on charges he had an improper relationship with a student. The 27-year-old Zachary Taylor was accused of sending sexually explicit text messages to a middle school student and also meeting that student at a motel, where they reportedly cuddled. He was sentenced to five years probation after a plea deal.
