Video of emotional moment Detroit teen wakes up from heart transplant surgery goes viral

15-year-old Trevor Sullivan of Detroit had a heart transplant after suffering from heart failure. Gift of Life Michigan recently released the video on its Facebook Page of this emotional moment he woke up after finally receiving a new heart. It’s now gone viral. His family continues to work to promote organ donation.
