Many missing and 13 dead after boat capsizes

CNN reports a tour boat capsized off the coast of Nicaragua on Saturday. Costa Rica’s Foreign Ministry said many people are missing from the boat that carried 32 people and thirteen were found dead. All victims were Costa Rican. Sea travel was banned on Saturday because of weather conditions, but the tour boat did not cancel its journey. Nicaraguan authorities are detaining the boat’s owner, Hilario Blandon.
