Governor Rick Synder’s sixth annual State of the State address is scheduled at Michigan’s State Capital on January 19th. Snyder will speak to a joint session of the legislature at 7 p.m. inside the Michigan House. The speech will be broadcast to the public on local TV and radio stations.
