The U.S. House is expected to vote this week on a bill presented by Michigan Representative Candice Miller. The measure would tighten security controls in the U.S. Visa-waiver program. It’s an effort to make it more difficult for would-be terrorists from coming into the country undetected. The White House acknowledged support for the bill last week.
