Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby says a grand jury has returned indictments against the six police officers charged in the Freddie Gray case. The most serious of the charges against each officer range from second-degree murder to involuntary manslaughter. Each officer is also charged with failure to properly discharge their duties in the arrest and subsequent injury of Gray, who suffered a spinal injury after being arrested by Baltimore Police on April 12th. He would later die as a result of the injury. Mosby said the six officers would be arraigned on the charges July 2nd.
